Every Tuesday--Senior WOW Coffee Time at Freaky Bean's --360 Route 1, Scarborough-- 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Seniors receive 10% during this time.

Every Friday--Senior WOW Bingo--11:30 at Hillcrest Recreation Center, 108 Hillcrest Ave, Scarborough $2.00 to play.  


The Senior WOW Out to Lunch Bunch--Group 1 will be meeting on Thursday,
August 7. Transportation will be provided when bus is available. There will be a gas surcharge of $2.00 for lunch trips over 15 miles.  To sign up,  please call Community Services at 730-4150.


The Activities Committee is looking for people who enjoy acting or stage design to take part in the newly formed Senior WOW Theater Group.  If you are interested, please call Nancy at 883-4476.


WOW Activities at Hillcrest are held at Hillcrest Recreation Center, 108 Hillcrest Ave in Scarborough from 11:30 to 1:30. To sign up for WOW Activities at Hillcrest,  please call Scarborough Community Services at 730-4150 by the previous Monday before noon.  Transportation provided.

Mildred Churchill and Shirley Bowman are the winners of the July gift certificate drawing.  They will each receive a $20 gift certificate good towards any program through Scarborough Community Services.
On-Line Registration

Now you can also register and pay for Senior WOW trips and activities online at the town's website- www.scarborough.me.us or by just clicking the link below to register.  You will need a family user name and password from Community Services in order to be able to register online. If you need help in finding your way around the online registration process, please call the office at 730-4150 and someone there will be able to help you.

Concerts in the Park

Sponsored by the local Chamber of Commerce and Scarborough Community Services.

The Scarborough Community Chamber and Scarborough Community Services invite you to attend our FREE summer concert series at Memorial Park every Thursday evening, July 3 through August 7, at 6:30 pm. Free parking at Scarborough High School and handicapped-accessible shuttle service will be provided to the park. The rain location is at the Scarborough High School Auditorium. Outdoor concessions will again be provided by Scarborough Rotary Club.
