SENIOR ADULT GROWTH EXCHANGE
(SAGE AT USM)

SAGE provides lectures and discussion programs and encourages older learners to explore new areas of interest and to meet and share their ideas and expertise.

All lectures take place on Tuesdays from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Wishcamper Center at USM.

The cost is $5.00 per session. Call the OLLI office at 780-4406  to find out when the new sessions begin.  For transportation, call Scarborough Community Services at 730-4150.


OLLI

(OLLI)--Senior College was established in 1997.  In 2000 after receiving a very generous endowment gift from the Bernard Osher Foundation the organization’s name was changed to Osher Lifelong Learning Institute or OLLI.  Members enroll in noncredit classes taught by peers.  The program is an adjunct of USM's Center for Extended Academic Programs. 

Class location: Fall classes will take place at the new Wishcamper Center at USM.  Various courses will be offered Monday through Friday for six to eight weeks.

Computer Classes

There will be computer classes held at Town Hall in Council Chamber A at 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.  on Tuesday mornings.  The next class will be Tuesday,  July 29.  For more information or to sign up, call Terri at Community Services at 730-4153.  Phil Maynard will be teaching the classes.
