Welcome to our volunteer page! Here you will find opportunities to be involved in the Scarborough Senior WOW Program and also to volunteer in your community.
The Senior WOW program has various committees to choose from: Activities, Health/Wellness, Outreach/Education/Intergenerational, Communications, Transportation, Funding and Facilities and the Senior Advisory Board. If you would like to volunteer to be on one of these committees, or would like more information please call Terri Hatt, Seniors Program Coordinator at 730-4153.
ITN Portland Looking for Drivers
Want to Drive Scarborough Seniors?
Earn transportation credits for Scarborough residents?
ITNPortland is seeking volunteer drivers to earn community transportation credits! ITNPortland is a nonprofit membership organization that provides transportation to seniors (65+), and visually impaired adults. Rides are in private automobiles, 24/7, for any purpose within a 15-mile radius of Portland. As a volunteer driver, you have the opportunity to earn credits for Scarborough seniors, or for your own future use. Just three hours a month can make a huge difference!
